Read your remaining size

Ask the matching network how much of your order still rests. The answer is encrypted to the key your browser created for the order.

Fills are public, but how much of your order is still resting is not. To see it, you ask the matching network to read it for you.

Read it#

1. In Your order, choose Read remaining size.
2. If you haven't yet in this session, sign the message that unlocks this browser's order history.
3. Approve the read transaction in your wallet.

The matching network reads your position from the encrypted book and returns the remaining size encrypted to the key your browser created when you sealed the order. Your browser checks the answer belongs to this exact request, decrypts it, and shows it in Your order.

If the answer is slow#

The request you signed is saved on this device. If the page closes before the answer arrives, choose Read remaining size again: the app resumes the same request rather than sending a new one.

Where it works#

Remaining-size reads work in the browser that sealed the order, because the decryption key lives there. Public fills, status and cancellation work from anywhere.
